Oftentimes, we are taught how to love other people. We are conditioned to accommodate, adjust and appease others. This isn't necessarily a bad thing - we most certainly want to treat others as we would be treated. However, we sometimes miss a very fundamental core value...the lesson of loving ourselves first.
